Ocun Condor HMS Screwgate Carabiner – Anthracite/Red Online

The Ocùn Condor HMS Carabiner is designed specifically for belay duties with an internal wiregate that keeps the biner correctly orientated, prevents the carabiner from rotating and from being accidentally released from the belay loop.

Unlike most similar captured belay biners, the inner gate of the Condor opens downwards, preventing the belay loop from pushing back on the gate and accidentally opening it. This allows the belayer to focus fully on the job in hand, rather than having to check on the position of the carabiner.  The Condor HMS features an I Beam back for extra strength without any additional weight penalty. The rounded end bar allows smooth running of ropes, and a clear lock symbol on the gate clearly shows if the biner hasn't been locked correctly.
