The Edelrid Zodiac is a lightweight, well-fitting hybrid climbing helmet, perfect for all styles of climbing, mountaineering and via Ferrata.

With a lightweight hybrid construction, comprising an ABS shell and EPS (polystyrene) inner, the Zodiac offers the best facets of both mainstream helmet designs. As with the Shield II the Zodiac provides the Wing-Fit adjustment system, which we feel is one of the best and most secure mechanisms currently available. Thanks to its innovative closure system under the ear, the chin and neck area remains free from buckles. The cradle is rather neat and folds into the helmet, significantly reducing pack size and helping prevent damage when in transit. Also comes integrated headlamp clips.
